Let's cook Italian!

Cooking classes

Cooking Classes with Giuseppe Villari

If you are interested in Italian language, food or culture chef Giuseppe Villari says "The best place to learn about Italy is in the kitchen."

Learning to prepare Italian cuisine is more than just learning to cook. It is about the atmosphere, the people and, of course, the wine.

The cooking classes at Casa Italiana cover the preparation of various recipes from around Italy. In each class, you will learn to prepare 3 recipes from start to finish, get a good grasp of basic cooking techniques and obtain an understanding of essential Italian ingredients. You will, then, enjoy the meals you have cooked.

Lessons start at 6:00 PM and last three hours. Classes include an average of ninety minutes of hands-on cooking. Get ready for some good food, good company and good wine!

Time: Thursdays 6:00 - 9:00 PM

Cost: $120 (per single lesson)

Note: Classes include an average of ninety minutes of hands-on cooking.
